Jack Grealish has been pictured appearing to be sprawled on the street while on holiday in Tenerife this week.

The Aston Villa midfielder, who finds himself in the middle of an international tug-of-war between England and Republic of Ireland, has enjoyed some well-deserved time off after a sparkling full breakthrough season. 

His club say they are aware of the images from Grealish's holiday and that they will talk to the youngster.

This picture is also allegedly of Grealish, 19, who has impressed in the Premier League this season

Grealish was allegedly pictured earlier in the evening wearing the same t-shirt as the photos above

The youngster responded on Twitter by posting: 'Me n my best pal @olliepriestley, I'm on the floor apparently'

The midfielder enjoyed a fine 2015 with Aston Villa and impressed in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley

'The club is aware of the photographs of Jack Grealish currently circulating,' Villa said in a statement. 'We will be meeting with the player but any action will remain an internal matter. There will be no further comment from the club.'

Grealish was instrumental in the Midlands club reaching the FA Cup final, turning in a scintillating performance in the semi-final against Liverpool at Wembley. 

He is seen as the next big thing in British football and has been in the Spanish island with friends.

Grealish has taken to Twitter over the last few days to update his followers of his whereabouts.

The 19-year-old was caught up in a scandal earlier this year after allegedly inhaling 'hippy crack'.

Social media user Briony King, @brionyking0913, tweeted an image of Grealish appearing to lie on the floor with a packet of cigarettes next to him.

‘@JackGrealish1 had a great night, opposite my apartment in the wonderful Tenerife,’ she said.

Grealish then posted a response as the images went viral seemingly laughing off the furore.

His brother, Kevan, took to Twitter late on Sunday night to blast Miss King.

‘So sad how jack can't be left alone even on his four weeks holiday,’ he said. ‘We're having a great time and jack is fine. Up the f****** villa.’
